Marketplace Terms

These GritFlow Skill Marketplace Terms (the “Marketplace Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GritFlow Skill Marketplace (the “Marketplace”) at gritflowai.io/marketplace, operated by GritFlow AI, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“GritFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement, and incorporate by reference, our Terms of Service; where they conflict with the Terms of Service as to the Marketplace, these Marketplace Terms control for that purpose. Please read them carefully.

1. What the Marketplace Is

The Marketplace is a free, informational directory that indexes publicly available, third-party software skills for the Claude Code tool (“Skills”) published in public source-code repositories (for example, on GitHub). For each indexed Skill, the Marketplace may publish a listing that includes a description, a link to the third-party source repository, an installation command, and GritFlow's own automated assessments — which may include trust levels, verdicts (such as “Pending” or “Pass”), quality scores, and license characterizations (collectively, the “Catalog Data”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • GritFlow does not host, distribute, sell, or license the Skills. The Marketplace links to third-party repositories and shows publicly available installation commands; you obtain, install, and run the Skills from their third-party sources.
  • GritFlow is not the author, owner, publisher, or distributor of the Skills, and does not act as an agent, reseller, or representative of any Skill author.
  • The Marketplace is provided as a convenience to help you discover third-party Skills. It is not a store, escrow, or transactional platform.

2. The Catalog Data Is GritFlow's Automated Opinion — Not an Endorsement, Guarantee, or Advice

This Section is central to how you must understand and use the Marketplace.

  • Automated opinion. The listings, trust levels, verdicts, quality scores, license characterizations, and descriptions that make up the Catalog Data are GritFlow's own opinions, generated by automated systems based on a disclosed methodology applied to publicly available information. They are statements of opinion, not statements of fact, and not the result of an individualized professional examination of any Skill.
  • May be wrong. Catalog Data may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or mistaken. An automated assessment can produce a result that appears confident but is wrong. A verdict, score, or trust level is not a definitive finding about any Skill, its author, or its quality, security, legality, or fitness for any purpose.
  • Not a guarantee of safety. No Catalog Data — including any “Pass” verdict, trust level, quality score, or the absence of any warning — is a representation, warranty, certification, or guarantee that a Skill is safe, secure, free of malware or vulnerabilities, non-infringing, lawful, functional, or suitable for any purpose. Where a Skill has not been reviewed, the Marketplace indicates this (for example, by marking it “Pending” or “Not yet reviewed”); the absence of an assessment is not an assurance of any kind.
  • Not professional or security advice. The Catalog Data does not constitute security, legal, technical, financial, or other professional advice, and does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or other special relationship between you and GritFlow.
  • Not an endorsement. Inclusion of a Skill, and any associated Catalog Data, does not imply that GritFlow endorses, recommends, vouches for, or is affiliated with that Skill or its author.

3. No Warranty on Third-Party Skills; You Assume All Risk

  • Third-party Skills are governed by their own terms. Each Skill is third-party software made available by its author under the author's own license and terms, which govern your acquisition, installation, and use of the Skill — not these Marketplace Terms. It is your responsibility to locate, read, and comply with them.
  • No warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Skills and the Catalog Data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.
  • You assume all installation risk. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing each Skill and its source repository — including its code, license, permissions, and behavior — before downloading, installing, or running it. You install and run Skills entirely at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use of the Marketplace

When you use the Marketplace, you agree that you will not:

  • Scrape, harvest, crawl, copy, mirror, or systematically download the Marketplace or the Catalog Data, or republish, redistribute, resell, or create a derivative directory from the Catalog Data, except as expressly permitted in writing by GritFlow;
  • Use automated means to access the Marketplace in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on, or disrupts, our systems, or attempt to circumvent any access control or rate limit;
  • Misrepresent the Catalog Data, including by presenting a GritFlow assessment as a definitive finding or as professional certification, removing or altering disclaimers, or attributing to GritFlow any statement GritFlow did not make;
  • Use the Marketplace, the Catalog Data, or any listing to harass, defame, disparage, or otherwise harm a Skill, its author, or any third party, or to interfere with the relationship between an author and others;
  • Use the Marketplace to infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other right of GritFlow or any third party; or
  • Use the Marketplace in violation of any applicable law or of our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

GritFlow's name, logo, the arrangement and selection of listings, the Catalog Data, and the methodology behind it are owned by GritFlow or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the Marketplace for your own internal evaluation purposes only.

5. Skill Authors and Third Parties

If you author or hold rights in a Skill indexed on the Marketplace, you may ask GritFlow to correct an inaccurate assessment, update a listing, or remove your Skill, and you may submit copyright complaints, as described in our DMCA & Skill-Listing Dispute Policy. GritFlow reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to add, change, re-assess, or remove any listing or Catalog Data at any time.

6. Intellectual Property of Third Parties

The Skills, and the names, logos, and trademarks associated with them and with the tools they extend, are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party names or marks are nominative and for identification only and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. See our Marketplace Disclaimer for our affiliation and trademark notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE MARKETPLACE, THE CATALOG DATA, AND THE SKILLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GRITFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE MARKETPLACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Your use of the Marketplace is also subject to the limitation of liability, exclusion of indirect and consequential damages, and liability cap set out in our Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these Marketplace Terms by reference. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GritFlow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance on, the Marketplace, the Catalog Data, or any Skill.

8. Relationship to the Terms of Service

These Marketplace Terms are part of, and are governed by, our Terms of Service. All provisions of the Terms of Service that are not inconsistent with these Marketplace Terms — including those addressing acceptable use, intellectual property, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and changes — apply to your use of the Marketplace.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Marketplace Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service (including the agreed forum, the jury-trial waiver, and the class-action waiver) apply to any dispute relating to the Marketplace.

10. Changes to These Marketplace Terms

We may update these Marketplace Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Marketplace Terms with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes are effective when posted unless stated otherwise, and your continued use of the Marketplace after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
